Cancellation and Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:

a. Contact us via email as soon as possible with your order number.
b. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied.
c. Once the item has been packed and dispatched to our delivery partner, we can no longer cancel your order.

2. If you wish to get a return & refund, please note the following: 

a. We do not accept return unless the item is faulty and cannot be used. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact customer support at with your order number and photos showing all the defects. In most cases, the faulty keycaps will be replaced with new ones. 
b. The original shipping cost will not be refunded  (Unless it's a mistake by us)
c. We are not responsible for any transaction fees incurred through PayPal.
