Refund Policy During COVID-19
Please contact us in time if you do not receive the goods within 30 days. If we confirm that the goods cannot arrive or are lost, we will provide refund to you within 14 working days.
If there is any defect or defect in the product you received, please contact us in time with attached video or photos. After confirmation, we will send you a replacement product for free. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Since the COVID-19, the longest shipping time we encounter is over 60 days with free shipping. If you don't receive the parcel after 60 days, please feel free to contact us for a solution (refund or reshipment). NOTE - the 60-day starter is from the day you have the tracking info, NOT from the day when you place the order.
During the COVID-19 period, all international deliveries speed will be affected. We sincerely ask for your understanding and thanks again.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the tracking information is offered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
