Please contact us in time if you do not receive the package within 30 days. If we confirm that the goods cannot arrive or are lost, we will provide refund or replacement to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept return unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact customer support at email@example.com with your order number and photos showing all the defects. In most cases, the faulty keycaps will be replaced with new ones.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
