Unfortunately, the current capacity doesn't allow us to do custom keycaps at the moment.

Our keycap set is standard ANSI layout with 113 keys that can fit 61/68/84/87/96/98/104 layout keyboards. Our keycaps are Cherry profile compatible with any Cherry MX switches and MX-style clones. 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours since the order is placed. A refund will be issued accordingly and customer is responsible for the transaction fee. Please be aware of the bank transaction and currency exchange fee. We are not responsible for any fees that are applied by the buyers' bank company when issueing a refund.

We ship all orders within 48 hours on regular days, but whenever there is a big batch for sale, it will usually take 5 ~ 7 working days to get your order shipped. Our goal is to ship your order out as fast as possible.The estimated delivery time is within 14 working days, the specific time depends on your geographic location, availability or weather conditions and customs inspections.By default, Cerakey.com will ship its most orders via 4PX by default.

Once an order has been placed, we only accept cancellations within 24 hours since the order was placed.

Cerakey provides 1 year free replacements for any faulty keycaps after you receive the products.

• In case of missing keycaps, damaged keycaps, warped / deformed keycaps or keycaps with uneven legends , the buyer must contact us within 21 days of delivery for replacements.

 • For fading legends or legends that seem to crack we offer a 1-year free replacement service. Be aware that this can only be claimed once per purchase.

• Two different stem sizes are glued into our keycaps to support the height of the cherry profile. Our workers glue them in with utmost care. In case you find a keycap that has a different stem height in the same row and therefore sit higher or lower on the stem of your switch, contact us within 21 days of delivery for replacements.
