• Please note that the ice crystal effect in this ceramic keycap series occurs naturally during production, resulting in a random pattern on each keycap. Variations in the size and distribution of the crystals are an integral characteristic of this process. Therefore, patterns covering more than 30% of the keycap surface are not considered defects.

• For optimal performance, we recommend using our keycaps with south-facing PCBs, Cerakeys are Cherry profile keycaps that may experience interference with north-facing PCBs. Issues from using our keycaps with north-facing PCBs are not covered under warranty.
